I moved to Seattle in 1995 from Texas, a lovely state that is entirely too hot. I'm a dog person who is currently dogless. I do have a husband and a kid though. And a lot of potted plants. When I'm not writing lame bios, I'm most likely gardening, knitting, cooking, surfing design blogs, shopping for vintage ceramics, or looking for fun things to do with a 4 year old (or maybe even doing fun things with said 4 year old.)
