I just had a great breakfast today at Beth’s Cafe, I’ve never been there before. If you haven’t, you’re missing out, if you have you feel me when I say “I order coffee I want it filled six times“. They don’t mess around with breakfast, they have a sprawling menu with many ways you could take your eggs, not to mention they offer their omelettes only in half or one dozen egg sizes. I love greasy spoons, dive bars and tall doubles, my motto – the grimey-er the better and Beth’s does not disappoint.
In addition to all the great food they have their walls covered in crayon art from the patrons. Moments like that make me pine away for a camera phone, or at least a digital cam on my person. The pictures are all great, funny tributes to Beth’s with witty barbs about the current administration. It’s really an experience you shouldn’t miss.
