grey’s anatomy recap: the blame game (season 3, episode 9)

Bloodyoh Gas3E9

While you were recovering from your Thanksgiving-induced coma, there was an extra long, super explosive, and blood soaked episode of Grey’s Anatomy [abc]. In case you missed it, a recap is waiting for you after the jump.

grey’s anatomy : all about the internet

Devotees and wannabe fans of “Seattle”-based medical drama Grey’s Anatomy [abc] who need a refresher on the show’s finale (as if our extensive tag-team recappery [mb] wasn’t enough) might still be able to download the last episode free of charge as part of ABC’s “million hit lowdown” [abc] promotion. Get that sucker on your iPod and relive the Snow Patrol soundtracked angsty cliffhanger that’s been hovering over your summer like a bad habit.

Speaking of our favorite pseudo-obsession, ABC is planning to stream new episodes of the show, which has its third season premiere on 21 Sepetmber, free-of-charge over the internet [zap2it]. So people with Thursday night plans and no DVRs will be able to watch it all the next day on their high-bandwidth lunchbreaks. Kind of makes hastily-typed excruciatingly-detailed recaps seem horribly outdated.1

(via popwatch [e.w.])

1. That is, I’m not really sure that there’s a point to doing long recaps about a show only tangentially related to Seattle. But, if you want them to continue — or better yet! want to write them, please drop us an e-mail at seattle.metblogs (at) gmail.com

Grey’s Anatomy: All My Troubles Seemed So Far Away (season 2, episode 18)

gas2e19_02212006.jpg

[Yet again life intervenes--this time the actual trip to Amsterdam to visit Josh [#], catch up schoolwork, and more Olympics–really, I had to fight my roommate last night to watch the Grey’s Anatomy tape instead of the Olympics. A very quick summary of what occured below.]

More sex with Izzy and Alex, George gets some balls gumption, Meredith sees her father for the first time in twenty years [in an oddly anticlimactic scene], a ghost from Addison and Derek’s past, and Burke says his piece to Christina . . . after the jump in “Yesterday” (season 2, episode 18)

grey’s anatomy recap : too much sexual healing? (season 2, episode 10)

gas2e10_11272005.jpg

Once again, it’s another new episode of Grey’s Anatomy [abc].

After the jump, play-by-play tour of the episode featuring a whole lot of loving, a key-induced existential crisis, a one night stand that results in maybe the most mentions of an erect penis in primetime history, something about a thirsty tumor, and a quintuplet storyline that will carry over into next week’s episode!
