(And soy cheese, which is a little more melt-resistant than you'd think.) Most of the food was great. The eggs had a distinct texture, very pleasant, and the yolks were completely cooked through. The cookies took a while -- the thin ones fared better than the ones in the madeline shells. Delicious all the same! Best of all, a bunch of curious kids on the beach next to our blanket got a quick lesson on why you don't leave dogs or babies in cars (in conjunction with tasting the cookies). That’s my casserole!
