I second The Tin Hat, that place is awesome. The Storeroom and the Green Lantern are both, tragically, closed, but the Lava Lounge in Belltown has bathrooms as deeply disgusting as the Storeroom used to boast.

I used to be a fan of the Storeroom on Eastlake. They had $1 pints of Henry's on Friday nights, free pool during the day and loud bands at night. No old men, though, which is kind of a requirement for a true dive bar.
