Shawn and I used to work with the guy actually. He goes by the name Bird. He was actually a lot of fun to hang out with, but in all honesty his actions aren’t surprising. He seems to like the drinky. It was a total asshole thing to do though.

I just reread the post and I apologize. Quite a few folks were calling for this guy to be found and reported to the police, but I do not see you asking for the same thing.

I’m using the same argument in a few LJ threads too regarding this video. Look at it from the broader picture. The police have other things they need to focus on, things that most folks would agree take more precedence than this video. The guy was a jerk, yes, but the police can’t do much about it and likely will dismiss the video as something not worth their manpower right now.

Honestly what can the police do? They can’t do a breathalyzer on the guy, can’t prove he was drunk, he didn’t actually assault anyone…he was just an asshole. Last I saw, that wasn’t against the law.
