Organizers are planning a community discussion at Cascade People’s Center in South Lake Union on Sunday, December 14 from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM.

“This event is a part of the community discussion “Change is Coming” it is being held at Cascade People’s Center which is a wonderful non-profit community space in South Lake Union. Activities for children will be provided, please let us know in your RSVP if you are bringing children so that we can prepare. This center is a prime example of what this movement for change is all about by creating a space for marginalized people to get involved in their community. However the Center has recently lost all of their funding and is in danger of being closed… they are giving us this space for free so we are asking people to support our local organizations by bringing donations of supplies or financial contributions to support them in return for supporting this community conversation.”
