I’m pretty active between the gym and running, and yet when I see the Green Lake Crew preparing for one of their regattas, I feel like a couch potato! If you’d like to feel that way too, or you just love to watch crew races, head out to Green Lake on Saturday and Lake Washington on Sunday for back-to-back crew races. The Frostbite Regatta takes place on Saturday at Green Lake and Sunday, the Head of the Lake Regatta takes place on Lake Washington.

Some members of both the Green Lake Crew and the Lake Washington Rowing Club compete in both events on back to back days. For those who take part in both races, that’s almost 6,000 meters of rowing! Impressive!
