Yes, they can tell you not to take pictures on their private property, and they can eject you from the premises if you do, and even have you arrested for trespassing if you fail to leave; but they can&#039;t stop you photographing. Your photographs are copyright (automatically) by you, not them, and you can even publish them if you want.</description>
