Mushrooms at the Farmers Market part 2
Jameson wasn’t the only one to pick up mushrooms at the Farmers Market this weekend. I found lobster mushrooms at one of the stands and at the vendor’s recommendation, sauteed them in butter and served with wild rice. Toss in a chopped onion and a few cloves garlic, and you have a fantastic dinner.



I saw those, too and was mightily tempted. I’ve had them grilled before, too and they are fantastic.
