		<description>I agree and I&#039;m not tearing out my hair or anything.  Like every urban area, there will always the sentiment that neighborhood &lt;i&gt;x&lt;/i&gt;&lt;i&gt; used to be different &lt;/i&gt;&lt;i&gt;y&lt;/i&gt;&lt;i&gt; years ago before &lt;/i&gt;&lt;i&gt;z&lt;/i&gt;&lt;i&gt; happened.  You either deal with it or move to the next spot where you can start complaining all over again in a few years when the condos are finished.&lt;/i&gt;</description>
