Get drunk and buy cookies damnit!
Word has it a bunch of knitters will be selling an awesome variety of regular and vegan baked goods in the name of politics.
Here are the knitty (err) details:
-This is happening tomorrow, Saturday.
-They’ll be stationed outside at the 1000 block at Pike Street, basically across the street from Bimbo Burritos.
-They’ll be there at 10:30 p.m. – the last drunk is standing.
-They’ll be selling cookies, cakes, muffins, lemon bars and many other amazing treats. Who knew knitters could bake too?
-All proceeds will go to the Obama Campaign.
So go get trashed and buy some sugary goodness. Doesn’t matter who you’re voting (or not voting) for, at 1am a piece of cake is all you need to keep you going to the next bar.
