The following just landed in my inbox, and it sounds like a great opportunity to have lunch at one of the best local farms around ^[1]. I only wish I had heard about it sooner! I met the Slow Food Seattle ^[2] rep at the Tilth Harvest Fair last weekend, and she said that we’d be seeing a lot more from Slow Food Seattle in the future, which was great news to me.

Join Slow Food Seattle this Sunday afternoon for our fourth fall lunch at Full Circle Farm!

Once again we will be enjoying farmer Andrew Stout’s hay-wagon tours, berry picking, and a chili lunch (meat and vegetarian). Stewardship Partners, a Seattle nonprofit dedicated to encouraging and supporting sustainable farming practices will be on hand to let us know about their work with Full Circle and other local farms.

Please bring a favorite Washington wine or beer to contribute to our potluck beverages.  To reduce waste we ask you also to bring a a cup, cutlery and a bowl for your chili.

Bring the kids and bring the parents, this is a fun outing for everyone!
Tickets are $15 for members and $20 for non-members.  Kids 12 and under are free.
