1. I’m so excited about that breakfast sandwich thing… now if they’d just bring back almond syrup… *sigh*
2. Liveblogging has never interested me- except when I’m at the event. And even then, I’d rather attend and pay attention that be goofing off on my laptop/crackberry whatever to read what people are saying about what’s currently happening…
Give me a freaking break. These machines are marvels of modern technology. Maybe some people should just drop their anti-military rhetoric for a day or two and enjoy a little bit of advanced technology. Then, after the celebration you can go back to hating on the military and talking about how much carbon these jets put into the atmosphere thus contributing to our ultimate demise.
efiftythree my objection to the blue angels isn’t related to sentiments about the military, carbon emissions, money, or the modern technology of the late twentieth century. It’s simply that I am frightened fighter jets flying through cities, outside my office windows, and above my apartment.
