Brian Keith Brown, 28, has been identified as the suspected man responsible for punching James Paroline, 60, in the head, knocking the older man to the pavement where Paroline suffered head injuries that ultimately led to his death. While Brown has not been apprehended at this time, he has been charged with second-degree murder. Paroline was watering the vegetation in a traffic circle located outside his residence in the Rainier Beach neighborhood when the incident occurred.
