I guess that the Capitol Hill Block Party is kind of a multi-venue, but it's still a festival. There was also the thing in Ballard this spring, but we could do with a more concerted citywide effort. But still, this brings up the question, why doesn't Seattle have a multi-venue music orgy like so many other cities? Venue owners hate each other? City too oppressive? What?
