There. I said it.

Well…except for that metallic tree. Thats pretty cool.

But the park is lovely. Nicely designed, IMO. And tourists seem to like it, too.

There were at least a dozen posts on this when the park originally opened, but I haven’t heard much of anything about it recently until Dylan’s post linked above.

I like the park myself, but I do find all of the "DON’T TOUCH" signs a bit off putting. You’re putting art outside. In Seattle. Where it rains. A lot. You mean to tell me that a hand print is going to ruin it?

"Much maligned Olympic sculpture park"?!? I’ve only heard good things about it. It looks like a cool urban park with great views near the water.

Is this one of those ironic hipster things where you’ve got to talk about good things like they’re not? I don’t get it.

Anyway, the photos are quite nice.
