6th severed foot found

A 6th severed foot has been found in British Columbia, raising even more questions about just what the heck is going on up North. This time, speculation is that this foot belongs to one of five men killed in a plane crash off Quadra Island in February 2005. 3 years is a long time for a foot to be floating around in the water, though. Conspiracy theory ideas? Help me out.
