From the Department of Surprising Rankings: The state of Washington, according to Akamai’s recently published State of the Internet Report [# ^[1]], has the slowest Internet connectivity speed in the country. It’s been widely known that as a country we pretty much suck at delivering high speed Internet. What’s surprising is that Washingtonians are suffering the most.
