		<description>I&#039;m sorry, if you have $400 to put into an IRA every month (presumably post-tax, based on a guess of your age...), you&#039;re doing pretty good and you probably COULD afford a $50 t-shirt. 

That fact that you wouldn&#039;t has no bearing on whether you&#039;re wealthy or not. There are MANY others in a similar situation as you that WOULD buy $400 shoes and $50 t-shirts.  Those are the people that make Daily Candy money.</description>
