		<description>Excellent info the beer-influenced lover in us all.  However, my wife and I usually stay home on Valentine&#039;s Day and I cook her dinner.  Can you recommend something to go with rosemary lamb, pumpkin squash, and corn with a hint of spice?  We are also having a little chocolate cake if you have any recomendations for dessert.  Thanks!
