I would also recommend calling them and scheduling the tour at least a week in advance. We went there one Saturday to find both tours filled up by 10am. Oh, and I called them truffles once and was quickly corrected by the woman behind the counter. Apparently if they are not round, they are not truffles. Chocolate confections she said. Tour was great. You can eat a hell of a lot of free chocolate. Seemed like every stop had more free samples. I've actually gone on the tour, complete with embarrassing headnets. My friend and her toddler came along, and when they let the baby sample some chocolate, she made the baby sign for "more" :) It was pretty cute! I have!
