Bitter Christmas ??

I just don't get it. What am I missing? I was at Beveridge Pl. pub and tried the cask Hoppy Holidays and it neither smelled hoppy nor tasted of citrusy hoppiness. I also tasted the reg./noncask and it wasn't as good as the cask.

I did taste a mouthful of Bitter !

I know that HH is probably a better selling name than BC, but not as descriptive.

I had some of the Schooner Exact IPA which I think is their best beer, and it is good.

I live in West Seattle and I like to support a local brewer. Also try to support,

<a href="http://www.drinkbuddhabeer.com/" rel="nofollow">Laughing Buddha Brewing</a>

They are in an industrial park in South Park near Baron brewing.

Thanks for all the kind words, Chris. It was great seeing you as always and we are looking forward to bringing out a few new things this year.

Next on the schedule for us is the Cask Festival, I think we have a pretty good idea of what to do!
