CitySearch announces their Top 10 New Restaurant and Bars of 2007

CitySearch just posted their opinion of Seattle’s Top 10 New Restaurants and Bars of 2007. Are you popular enough to have been to every place on both lists?

Top 10 New Bars of 2007

I’m embarrassed to admit that I’ve barely made a dent in the two lists. I did manage to go to The Local Vine last night, however, which had amazing and well-priced food, an extensive wine list and lovely atmosphere. Perfect for a date night. I can also personally recommend Oliver’s Twist and say that I wasn’t that impressed with Betty, but alas, that’s as far as my knowledge goes. Any agrees or disagrees with the two lists?

I wonder why they included Osteria la Spiga and the Cha Cha. Neither are new — just different locations.

Yeah, I didn’t think that Cha Cha was a new bar, but whatevs. Don’t argue with the experts, right? ;)

in its new location, cha cha feels like a new bar.

The Mrs-to-be and I hit 7 of the 10 restaurants, but only 2 of the bars.

Guess we need to drink more.

And Matt’s (good as it is) is neither new nor moved – just expanded.

I really liked Smith. Sure, the taxidermy on the wall could put some people off, but the sweet potato fries are worth it.
