When one finally comes to town, they wax rhapsodic. Best ever. Heaven on a plate, or in a cup. You&#039;ll see. They fire up their friends. Soon everyone&#039;s talking about how this amazingly great stuff from their hometown will finally be available in [insert city].

The business arrives, to lines out the door. New people try it. Most wonder what the fuss was all about. The lines decrease, but not before the business announces further expansion. Before long, to 95% of the locals, it&#039;s just another chain.

East Coast transplants did this with KK, Bay Area transplants do it with Peet&#039;s. 

And if White Castle ever comes to town, every Midwest college alumnus will spaz.</description>
