I have wondered whether a large part of the allure of it is when it isn't in your city, so no one knows where you got stuff, or at least couldn't get it themselves (easily). They have the cutest stuff. Most of the times I have shopped there have been in Europe, where by the time you pay the exchange rate, it's not that cheap at all! I was just down in San Francisco on Tuesday and went into H&M with a friend. I lamented the fact that it would probably be 10 years before Seattle got one...so glad that I am wrong! :-) I am so excited! They have the cutest stuff. I've been in a few around the country and to tell you the truth the men's stuff kind of sucks. The fits are are kind of off (this isn't just me all the other guys I know who have been to one complain of the same thing), which seems kind of strange considering it started out as a men's clothing store.
