Monday Agenda
Monday-19th – Casual Connect Seattle @ Benaroya Hall – Want to hang amongst the kind of game designers who came up with Bejeweled (to which my mom is addicted)? Here’s your chance.
Dr. Sketchy’s Anti-Art School Seattle presents Boylesque @ Rendezvous – If you like to draw… “We comb Seattle for the most dazzling burlesque dancers, the most bizarre circus performers, and the most rippling hunks of boylesque. Then, on the Third Monday every month, we let you draw them for three hours. Interspersed with posing are ridiculous drawing contests (Best left handed drawing? Best incorporation of a woodland animal?) where you can win booze or prizes.” Um, I can draw stick figures, does that count? This month it looks to be boys on parade, so, adjust your attendance accordingly, if you so desire.
Kung Fu Grindhouse @ Sunset Tavern – Jackie Chan is the man on celluloid, tonight. Watch 2 of Mr. Chan’s filmed stylings for free whilest quaffing thirstquenching draughts. The Jackie twofer is at 7:30, with a warm-up film by Peter Jackson (his first!) at 6.
