Enjoy the out-of-doors and Ballard’s Scandinavian heritage in, oh, about 20 minutes, as the Syttende Mai (Norweigan Constitution Day [wiki]) parade starts down Market Street. Follow it up with a Dance to Smilin’ Scandinavians Band:

Time: 9:00 pm to 12:00 am.
Cost: $10 at the door
Must be 21 years of age or older
No-host bar
