Seattle Reads author speaks
Okay, so who is reading The Namesake, this year’s selection in the Seattle Public Library’s [site] “Seattle Reads” program? If it’s you, you might want to head to the Museum of History and Industry tonight at 7 p.m. to meet author Jhumpa Lahiri. Can’t make it tonight? Meet her at the Broadway Performance Hall on Tuesday, May 15, at noon or at 7 pm that evening at Town Hall at Eighth and Seneca.
If you’re not into that book, you could stop by the Central Library Tuesday where David Mabberley will be discussing his book, The Story of the Apple from 6:30 to 8.
