For those who hadn’t already figured it out, Garfield High School class of ‘02 is where all that athleticism you don’t have went. Recently Isaiah Stanback was drafted by the Dallas Cowboys, now Portland Trailblazer’s star newbie Brandon Roy has earned himself Rookie of the Year from the NBA. Not that too many people were questioning if this would happen, but its always nice when it becomes official.

Toronto’s Andrea Bargnani finished second in the voting, garnering the only first place vote that did not go to Roy.
