The owners of the building have every right to capitalize on their property however they see fit. The fact of the matter is that Capitol Music was not profitable enough, nor was it a part of &quot;seattle culture&quot; enough to pay the rent.</description>

These types of stores, places, hang outs...are what makes seattle, SEATTLE ...the city people hear about.
