		<description>though i&#039;m perhaps not so opposed to public huggers as to wish them dead, i am amused to note that my &lt;i&gt;very first thought&lt;/i&gt; on the subject was that it would be the perfect cover for a skilled (or even not-so-skilled) pickpocket. my level of trust does not extend to someone on a streetcorner holding a sign.</description>
