		<description>You know, I always buy candy just in case, but in the three Halloweens that I&#039;ve lived in Eastlake I&#039;ve never once seen a trick or treater. Clearly, the few kids that live in my neighborhood are going up to yours. I can&#039;t say that I blame them.</description>
