• Robothon: people who love robots and the robots who love them. Meeting, greeting, competing at the Center House until 5 pm.
• Scoop up some free tickets for local theater at the Fisher Pavillion by 4:30. As a prelude to their Live Theatre Week (16 to 22 October), Seattle Performs is holding a kick-off party with snacks, guest speakers, and performances from arch rival comedy troupes Unexpected Productions and Jet City Improv.
