We’ve all¹ spent the past few years waiting around for our friendly neighborhood software behemoth to set its gigantic new operating system loose on the world. It looks like today’s the day that curious OS-watchers can play around with an actual Release Candidate version [windowsvista]. I’m typing this on an iBook; so I have no idea what this actually means, but I’m sure that for some of you this will be a very thrilling development.
