Seattle Youth Symphony Hires New Director

The Seattle Youth Symphony Orchestra (SYSO) has hired a new Music Director, Stephen Rogers Radcliffe. Radcliffe starts in September and will conduct the SYSO’s first concert of the season on October 29. Radcliffe has a long and impeccable pedigree, so surely his hiring means only good things for the organization.

If you are a musican aged 7-21 interesting in joining SYSO, they’re holding open audtions starting on August 26. Check the website or call (206)362-2300 for scheduling details.
