Snakes, Gators and Crocs

One place my ophicophobic self won’t be this weekend is the Pacific Science Center, who are hosting their 19th annual Reptile and Amphibian Show.

The show takes place this Saturday, July 8, and Sunday, July 9 at PSC and is included in the price of regular admission.

Wildlife Biologist Joe Wasilewski will offer presentations about reptiles and amphibians, handling alligators, crocodiles, turtles, lizards and snakes on Saturday and Sunday at 12:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. in the Laser Dome.
Also featured is a Reptile & Amphibian Handling Area featuring creatures provided by the Pacific Northwest Herpetological Society. Visitors interact with lizards, frogs, turtles, snakes and tortoises at Pacific Science Center’s Ackerley Family Exhibit Gallery, 10:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. & 2:30 – 6:00 p.m.
Reptile & Amphibian Showcase – over 100 live exotic reptiles and amphibians presented by the Pacific Northwest Herpetological Society, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., building 2.
