(I&#039;m avoiding mentioning their name publicly because I&#039;m trying to avoid being their shill.)  After years and years of ignoring all those comment cards and &quot;tell us what you think&quot; forms on websites, I&#039;ve discovered that there are benefits to filling them out and getting on company mailing lists.
