I like it when taggers love their cats. Or maybe someone else’s cat. I don’t know. I passed this last night on 10th, on my way up from Eastlake to catch a bus to Capitol Hill.

    I’d like to believe an actual cat did that. I don’t think you need thumbs to use chalk.
