No smoking anywhere

IMG_4418smb.JPG

I noticed this sticker at my closest bus shelter the other night, placed right at eye level for anyone taller than me. (Just about everyone is taller than me.) So now it’s official–legally, you can’t smoke anywhere in the city at all, unless you can find a particularly wide street to stand in the middle of.

I’ve been looking, but I haven’t seen these affixed to any bus stops without shelters. Is that the case? Does the rule only apply to covered bus stops? I don’t smoke, so I haven’t actually been paying attention.

Smokers: there’s always your car, a portable ban-free zone! Park directly in front of a bar entrance, puff away, and laugh, laugh, laugh!
