		<description>Damn, is it really so hard to believe that police would use some force on somebody that escaped from them?  Even thought the guy was handcuffed you have no idea how far into the process he was of getting arrested.  Who knows what was in his pockets.  That kid got exactly what he deserved, I mean how stupid can you be to run in the middle of being arrested?  He&#039;s lucky he wasn&#039;t maced or something even worse.

		<description>Violence is shocking.  Especially violence of the variety you witnessed in a town like Seattle.  When I lived in New York I almost expected stuff like that to happen - I even saw someone shot while sitting in his car and chalked it up to living in the Big City. 

Still disturbing, though.  Maybe because it&#039;s all so different than the movies...</description>
