		<description>There must be some kind of law where you adapt to the situation you are in and find it to be most troublesome.  A light dusting is all they get here in Vancouver and they shut things down because otherwise, we&#039;d be working more than across the country that gets snow days.  =)

		<description>When I lived in Boulder, you would drive down the highway in the snow and see four-wheel drive vehicles in the ditch. In fact, I think during one storm I saw 3 4x4s for every 1 non-4x4.

Four-wheel drive is great in snow, but on ice it behaves just like everything else on ice, only far worse if you&#039;re driving like it&#039;s a dry road.</description>
