Speaking of snow, last night the folks from Stevens Pass hauled a little bit of it down to the city. Along with a ramp and a rail, they set up a little venue outside the Showbox last night to get skiers and snowboarders in the mood for what’s likely to be a better winter sports season.

Also keeping the riders in good spirits was the promise of free beer inside for them at the aftermelt party. As far as I could tell, the event was free of concrete-related injuries.
