Get your Folk on…

Its -ALMOST- that time of year again Seattlites. Time for the annual Northwest Folklife Festival! Woohoo, I know you’re all extremely excited. Well, here is the link to the site if you want more information! I’m excited because there are vendors and exhibits…and FREE CONCERTS. If you’ve been waiting for the opportunity to taste a bit of the local music flavor, here’s your chance. On, Saturday the 28th from 6-9 at the Fountain Lawn Stage we have Shim, Tea for Julie, and woohoo, the Charity Stripe! On the 29th from 6-9 pm on the Bagley Lawn Stage we have another great lineup with The Neons, Cathouse, Snitches get Stitches, and the great Mon Frere.

Both days are FREE and all ages! Be there or be somewhere else!

(Oh, and there are other events too, since its 4 days and all.)
