This isn't that far from where that "bank robbery" in overlake happened, so maybe the crime rate in Bellevue is escalating (that part isn't so exciting). I'm going to have to check out the police blotter in the next "Bellevue Reporter" rag to see if they caught anyone. The fact he was driving slow makes me think he was pulling up to a reported B&E, car prowler or other similar crime.
