		<description>wow, that&#039;s pretty scary-exciting! This isn&#039;t that far from where that &quot;bank robbery&quot; in overlake happened, so maybe the crime rate in Bellevue is escalating (that part isn&#039;t so exciting). I&#039;m going to have to check out the police blotter in the next &quot;Bellevue Reporter&quot; rag to see if they caught anyone.



Glad I didn&#039;t flash him now, although, it sounds like he would have just ignored me.

		<description>Police will generally drive stealth when they are approaching a scene of interest (my term) so as not to scare off any potential arrestees.  The fact he was driving slow makes me think he was pulling up to a reported B&amp;E, car prowler or other similar crime.</description>
