Hey the Stranger — way to take it to the next level! We realize that every publication worth its salt has felt the obligation to grace their cover with an interpretation of the Abu Ghraib prisoner torture scandal, but this week’s Haloween feature [# [2]] stands out as something really special. Kids dressed as abused detainees! What will they think of next?
